Now turning to other news. Fire crews in southeastern Kentucky are trying to contain several wildfires burning in the area. The Kentucky Division of Forestry reports there were more than 50 wildfires over the weekend. Officials in Harlan County have declared a state of emergency with at least six wildfires burning close to homes and an electric substation. Two firefighters have been injured, battling fires with dry conditions and rain not expected until later this week. Forestry officials said putting out the fires will be difficult.
