Kentucky has reached a $1.3 million settlement with State Farm Attorney General Daniel Cameron's office announced the settlement today.
Kentucky accused State Farm of not always telling customers about coverage available under their car insurance policies.
This settlement is not an admission of guilt.
State Farm's says it has already trained staff on new claim procedures.
The attorney general's office says the money will be used to reimburse the state for the costs of its investigation.
