JOHN: That's fantastic. AIDEN: Yeah, absolutely. And the vibe here you get is more suburban. CHRISTINE: It's actually very quiet. JOHN: It is. CHRISTINE: It feels more residential. AIDEN: Yep. And you have Route 50 right over there, which takes you right into DC. Just a five minute drive. The commute options here are amazing. JOHN: Yeah, this is a dynamite option. CHRISTINE: It really Is when you think about it. AIDEN: And once you get inside, you have a surprise waiting for you. JOHN: I can't wait. CHRISTINE: Ooh, it's a surprise. And you know what the first thing I noticed? That backsplash, with the herringbone pattern. What a great way to freshen up the kitchen. JOHN: Yeah. And from a cook's perspective, they've got a Jenn Air range. Right. Jenn Air fridge. Very nice. And into the next part we have got dining room, living room. Let's start with dining room. CHRISTINE: Okay, well I'm usually drawn to the windows right away. But I was actually drawn to the light. JOHN: That's pretty cool. Yeah, I know. I do like that light. CHRISTINE: Yeah. Look how nice this living area is. JOHN: Great size. CHRISTINE: You can put really a much larger couch if you want it. JOHN: Oh yeah. I can see entertaining here. CHRISTINE: Oh, definitely. JOHN: Easily. Love it so far. But we have a couple other floors, which is crazy. CHRISTINE: I know, so let's start in the lower level. Okay. JOHN: Okay. Alright. CHRISTINE: Oh, you know what? The bedrooms are down here. JOHN: Hey. Hey. That's unexpected. Nice bedroom. Nice bank of windows. CHRISTINE: I know. Even though you're in an urban setting, you don't have to give up trees. JOHN: That's right. CHRISTINE: Oh look it, there's a fun nook over here. JOHN: Great for a dresser. CHRISTINE: Exactly. And closet. JOHN: And I like carpeting in a bedroom. I do. Call me crazy. CHRISTINE: I'll call you crazy. Alright, so this is the primary bedroom. JOHN: Sure enough. CHRISTINE: By sheer size... JOHN: Good size. Yeah. And... CHRISTINE: Yeah. I also like when they do an accent wall. JOHN: Yes. Two thumbs up. Yep. Alright. And you have to have a nice bathroom. CHRISTINE: Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait. JOHN: Oh, look at that walk in closet. CHRISTINE: That's a really nice walk-in closet. Plenty of storage there. JOHN: Plenty of storage in here. Okay. And then the en suite bathroom. CHRISTINE: Really nice sized bathroom. JOHN: Yes. Big. CHRISTINE: Okay. Plenty of cabinet space. JOHN: And that's one big shower. CHRISTINE: I was going to say, that is a huge shower. JOHN: Yeah, nice bathroom. Alright. The details in the kitchen, the back splash with the herringbone pattern and then when you come into this whole living area. Really nice. AIDEN: Yeah, it was renovated in 2018.
