- And what happens now is
when we have like we did a few months ago
where we had eight
people killed in 10 days,
everyone's looking for a blame.
Police get blamed because
the violence is up.
Street workers get blamed
'cause they're not there.
Trauma counselors get blamed
'cause they're not there.
Everyone, city gets blamed
because it's happened in the city.
Everyone's kinda getting blaming.
And our thing is can
we coordinate services
so there's a better
coordination of services
to kind of follow these families through?
And maybe get into a
family and see that, wow,
there's really some
difficult situations here,
and can we help them individually
to kinda connect them to
services as things move on?
