(calm music) - What inspired me to begin singing was, I actually have been doing musical theater since I was four years old.
I did these church musicals, starting at like the pre-K age and I did them all throughout sixth grade.
So that was my first, like singing experience, I was in the choir a lot.
And then starting seventh grade, I became serious with singing, with these individual singing lessons that my school offered.
So that was the real, like start, of singing for me.
I chose, "I'd Give My Life for You" from Miss Saigon, because it's a song I've been playing around with for a while.
The range in the song matches mine really well.
It also is the same style of singing that my voice type is.
Music and singing is going to play a very big role in my future because I am planning to attend college to get a BFA in musical theater.
So obviously, that's going to play a very big role as that's going to be my profession in the future.
